People in the UK, would you mind signing up to this Royal Mail bug report website to upvote this one critical bug report?
My friend is going to experience some very serious small business consequences very soon if this doesn't get fixed ASAP, so anything that makes the Royal Mail people pay attention to it is really helpful.
