Quick question for the Spider-People of Mastodonia...
I found this funky fellow living on the side of my house (in southern Quebec), having built funnels between the brickwork and some exterior wiring. But I'm not good at spiders, and it's my first time seeing it.
My best guess is maybe an American Grass Spider?
It seems pretty shy, it INSTANTLY darted back into its hole as I approached and I had to sit still for minutes until it ventured out to look at me.
