Lots of late summer blooms, members of the Pieridae family, & the 1st New England asters along my walk yesterday. Tons of white #butterflies, some yellow sulphurs, & this orange sulphur. Don't think I've caught the back wing on the orange b4 .

For me #mindfulness means being in the moment. For me #mindfulness means being in the moment. Not easy to do but it gives your mind a chance to rest for a "moment".
Don't just glance at the monarchs enjoying a zinnia patch. Stop, watch, notice
, & give yourself a moment of relief from your cares.

Cosmos don't always stay "true" but I still try to sort the seeds by color. Introduced white into the mix a few yrs ago. Glad I did

️. Maybe part of the "Barbie" mix from last yr.
Gotta save those seeds!
