Finally, after a crazy long wait, it's ripe!Finally, after a crazy long wait, it's ripe! I took this photo right before cutting the pineapple off the plant. It was perfumey-sweet and delicious. We enjoyed it immensely. It's amazing how fast tasty fruit disappears in our house.
And yes, I'll be saving the top of this one to grow a fourth plant to add to our little pinery.
