The fact that there are Fediverse servers running smoothly on Raspberry Pis says to me that they could easily run off a damned solar panel indefinitely. -

We should become cucked like Bluesky.@kaia A back of the napkin calculation i just did with a average usage of 150W per server (source: i made this up) for each of the ~22000 servers known by fediverse.observer tells me that would be 3MW which is... not that much tbh
