sorry. until the VC money runs out, it feels to me like "comparing efforts at building decentralized social media" is like comparing the guy building cars from a kit in his garage to Ford etc. he had to fudge some shit but holy shit it fucking works. and every choice to go with the Ford means there's less interest in building a mastodon free AP implementation. which again, BS could have done instead of building AT (and raised just as much VC to do so, we're supposed to believe).
