I started the Windows 11 installer by accident (wasn't fast enough with F12), and its kinda impossible to stop halfway through.
It took ONE HOUR.I can honestly say the Debian installer is way easier at this point, at least if you just want to use a system casually:
You pick your language and time zone, type your network password and wait for the bar to fill. Then you pick your passwords and whenever some option pops up, the default one is usually good (though I prefer KDE Plasma over Gnome personally). For Windows 11, its much the same, except it picks the languages for you, the bars takes much longer, and you have to decline at least 20 offers when Microsoft wants to spy on you at the end.
Also you can't halt it halfway through and at one point MS sends you an email to activate a code. I need to be in an OS to read my email. I'm very happy I already had another PC or this one would be a brick. -
