@Faelyn clearly the guys with the Camp Auschwitz shirts at J6 were racist too and I didn't hear MAGA complain that they got pardoned. etc etc.

@tuckeresque it really helps drive the point that for that crowd immigrants aren't people.

@ikuturso I'm with her but hope she can now see what conservatives on her site experience. if they're just making the arguments, cool. but I've seen people be mean there (and here) in ways we would never tolerate towards anybody on the left.if we want a universal decentralized social web, we're gonna have to better manage good faith disagreement.

@chris @ryan the issue isn't blocking that account, like it isn't blocking a known email spam email address etc. that's easy.it's knowing that using this service means you will have to constantly block assholes, while you can go somewhere else and not deal with that cause they have policies and enforcement. most people, especially the most targeted, will just go somewhere else.maybe if you can't get the convo there that you get here, you'd deal with it. but I want convo with everyone.
