I've had probably 10 different group plan numbers and 5 different health insurance companies between 2011 and 2021, and a bunch of different employers, including myself.

It's a great racket.
Each plaintiff gets a check for $20, and the lawyers walk off with $40 million. The corporation-- which is more or less a monopoly- pays maybe $200 million but then raises its rates and cuts its payouts and makes it all back including a nice profit. #capitalism
