TIL that Russia is still holding regular #supercomputing conferences even though it can't manufacture high-performance chips domestically nor buy them from overseas anymore.

I'll see if I can get a copy of one's agenda. Perhaps it's all about making Beowulf clusters out of washing machines, but perhaps there's something interesting about #retrocomputing in there.
