They make billions of dollars every year from surveillance capitalism, have a massive team of engineers… and yet… release half-baked features like this.
If I wasn’t repulsed by Meta, I would feel second hand embarrassment right now.
In contrast, a single dev on the Fediverse - @cheeaun - has created the masterpiece that is @phanpy
