One thing I hate about programming is how faddish it is. Every year there’s some hot new thing that claims to obsolete everything, and the legions of twat sanders start shitting on my lawn about it.

I just want to make neat stuff that amuses me. The whole constant cycle of learn a new language and redo everything in it bores the bollocks off me.
