Added a map for folk tales set in #LowerSaxony , as well as mini-maps for all tales set within Lower Saxony.

There are a few pips outside of Lower Saxony, but these are from a tale where there are several locations _within_ Lower Saxony, and I haven't figured out a way of excluding those who are located outside.
